CSAE undertakes future-focused research to help members address the challenges they're likely to encounter tomorrow.
To this end, we have forged a strategic alliance with the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Foundation to leverage greater resources for research. This collaborative initiative also creates a more global approach to our research, and enables CSAE to provide members with information on current and future trends affecting the not-for-profit sector internationally.
Project updates and management tools are offered to CSAE members as they become available.
Annual Compensation Surveys
CSAE is also involved in other ongoing leading-edge research projects designed to benefit Canadian association executives and business managers. An agreement was reached with InfoFeedback in 2005 that will see a number of targeted research-based reports undertaken.
CSAE's annual survey of benefits and compensation is the most complete and in-depth report of this type for the not-for-profit sector in Canada. It is used by hundreds of executives and boards across the country, as well as numerous search and consulting firms that work with associations and other not-for-profit organizations.
